Connecting with the world around us
Warmest greetings!
I'm Linda Anne Goulet, a compassionate guide for many of life's journeys. With a rich, diverse background in the healing arts, and as a retired public school teacher, I've dedicated my life to nurturing growth and well-being in others.
My professional evolution has led me to explore various healing modalities and life-affirming practices, allowing me to offer a unique blend of support and wisdom. This lifelong learning adventure has encompassed roles as a Reiki master, Qigong and Tai Chi trainer, herbalist, end-of-life doula, grief facilitator, and more. I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges and embrace its joys.
I’ve traveled through many countries, learning about and embracing a diversity of cultures, and it has had a profound influence. My approach is holistic, honoring the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. This mosaic of practices equips me to support you whether you're seeking physical healing, emotional balance, or spiritual growth. I'm here to walk beside you with warmth and understanding, drawing on my diverse experiences to provide personalized care and guidance.
I approach my work with spirituality, humor, and professionalism.
Each of my practices holds a personal passion, and have professionally obtained certifications and formal training in all of my areas of focus.

I have had a personal Tai Chi practice for 24 years. As my love of Tai Chi grew and I became increasingly aware of its benefits, I decided to become a certified teacher. My first certifications were in Tai Chi for Arthritis and TC for Energy, from Dr. Paul Lam in 2014. Since then, I have trained in other forms of Tai Chi and Qigong with Masters such as Deng Ming-Dao, Daisey Lee, Dr. Roger Jahnke and many others. I am now a Senior Trainer with the Institute of Tai Chi and Qigong (IIQTC) and train future teachers in addition to offering practice sessions in person and via Zoom.

Volunteering with Hospice for 14 years led me to become a certified End-of-Life Doula. I support families through end-of-life transitions, providing emotional support and practical guidance to create peaceful, meaningful final chapters for dying individuals and their loved ones.
In the Meeting Grief Workshops (co-facilitated with Kim Birdsong), we offer a unique and profound experience for navigating grief. Qigong practices are experienced to help participants reconnect with their bodies while processing grief and loss, and therapeutic writing offers a safe space to explore complex emotions. These complementary practices create a holistic path through grief, engaging mind, body, and spirit in the healing journey.

Herbalism has been a passion and lifestyle for me since the early 1980’s. Over the years I’ve studied with many talented herbal elders such as Rosemary Gladstar and Christopher Hobbs. In 2002, I graduated from the American School of Herbal Medicine and continue to make salves and tea blends to support health and well being.

I am a mesa carrier in the Peruvian tradition, having studied with Jose Luis Herrera and the Rainbow Jaguar Institute in Peru. As such, I weave earth based practices into my daily life and community. I enjoy trekking in Peru and continue to learn more about this powerful cosmology. Please reach out if you would like to learn more.

Over 22 years ago, I received my Level III certification as a Reiki Master in the Usui tradition. This powerful healing modality is available as a private session.

In 2021, I trained with The Circle of Life Coach Institute (Health Action Network) as a life coach. This process has been invaluable for me, my family and community. The tools learned support all of my endeavors and infuse my classes.
